There are some trivial statement, so obvious to seem only jokes, that only rich people can say (and normal people spend times racking their brain).
For sure (I hope) sentences like this aim at pushing the consciousness forward and seek for changing in case your occupation does not satisfies you at all, but… are you kidding me? And, like nature wants, my first reaction was some swearing, some “look at this ##**#*##*” and “please give me any demolition weapon”.
Of course (!) I know I should only do what I love to (did I already said of course?!), but neither I’m sure what I love untill I try it and it is not easy changing as fast as your mood asks (unless, again, you are R. Branson) nor I believe that there exists something that has only lovely aspects, I mean also the best work ever will for sure have some boring tasks or no-days…
Only some envy for the self-made man (?). Probably changing my everyday job with R. Branson (estimated net worth of US$4.9 billion!) will help me, I don’t know about him (and here some more mature, let’s say, thinking come into play modifying the first anger reaction).
Or probably he would “solve” also my situation. Start getting inspired by his words: “My interest in life comes from setting myself huge, apparently unachievable challenges and trying to rise above them … from the perspective of wanting to live life to the full, I felt that I had to attempt it.”
